 CANCELLATION POLICY

We require 4 days notice prior to your appointment for any cancellation. As you are aware it can take up to 4 days for hair to come through and this gives us the opportunity to fill any cancellations and we will do our upmost to fill the slot. If we are able to fill this appointment you will not be charged, however if we can not fill the slot, unfortunately full payment will be required.
